Sofia Riffaud, LMFT

Sofia Riffaud is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Connecticut and New York. Sofia started her business because she wanted to focus her practice on meeting her clients where they are at, and help them move forward with intention and confidence. Having been in therapy herself, Sofia knows the courage it takes to reach out for help and continually do the therapeutic work. She believes that through compassion and communication, together, you can create a rich and fulfilling life.


Sofia has been a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy since 2017 and is a featured Psychotherapist on Psychology Today.
